[CC82] The relative properties or capabilities (Game World type)
provided to a player in a game. The relationship of two players
can be symmetric or asymmetric, triangular or indirect. See “Symmetric

Representation
[CC82] The property of a game that provides the player with a
subjective, deliberately simplified and closed view of the world

[TR82] The property of being able (in the game) to take an amount
of something and turn it into more of that something. . (Also

Reward
Penalty Structure
[CC82] The aspect of a game that deals with the relationship of
rewards to penalties for actions within the game. Specifically,
a reward penalty structure is positive if there is no penalty
for losing, but there is a reward for winning (most games are
of this type). An important aspect of the reward penalty structure
is the personal attitude taken by the player when they lose, e.g.,
are they made to feel humiliated.

Playing Games (RPG)
[MISC] A genre classification used for commercial purposes. Does
not necessarily represent a taxonomy class. Role Playing Games
are fantasy games with knights, wizards and dragons. Utlima, the
one with the most rabid following, has been around in various
incarnations for more than 20 years.

of behavior.
